Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original Labubu tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
